在顺义，随处可以见到巾帼志愿者的暖心身影。赵丹利用绘画专长，开设绘画学校，融合绘画和心理学知识，服务各类群体。吴凌雪结合自身所学与优势，积极参与社区环境清洁、廉政普法宣传等志愿服务活动。万咏梅2013年起助学青海女孩，积极参加志愿宣传、义务献血等活动。她们用实际行动向身边人传递温暖。

范丽丽自2022年9月起，每天7时30分到8时期间，都会到马坡小学门口，护送孩子过马路，保障孩子们的安全。赵海潮热心公益，活跃在多项志愿服务活动中，积极带动村民共行善举。王淑萍创新志愿服务模式，带头组织开展系列活动，让志愿服务惠及更多人。张新月聚焦“一老一小”，定期探访空巢老人、开展知识讲座与亲子活动。陈秋艳主动服务村民，为村民排忧解难。许娜是幼儿园教师，也是助老服务队志愿者，她每周定期陪伴老人，用行动诠释尊老美德。

退休后的梁红积极投身公益，悉心照料老人、贴心代购陪诊，主动参与文化活动，老伴胡其武全力支持，二人携手为社区添彩，展现最美家庭风貌。北京市顺义区第十一中学志愿服务队成立于2019年，现有志愿者613人。志愿服务队积极打造特色志愿活动，在丰富学生课余生活的同时，弘扬了“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的志愿精神，荣获市级、区级等多项荣誉。
顺义区巾帼志愿服务成效显著。在日常社区服务、关爱弱势群体、助力文化传承等领域都有志愿者的身影。她们的行动带动居民互助，形成邻里和睦、尊老爱幼的好风气。自2023年市妇联社工部开展巾帼志愿服务光荣榜推选发布活动以来，顺义区共有20名个人、3户家庭、4支队伍荣登北京市巾帼志愿服务光荣榜。
顺义区关注亲子家庭需求，围绕“幸福家庭”“美好家乡”“贴心家人”三大主题邀请专业团队研发课程，以“专业化培训，规范化执行，标准化输出”的模式开展“三家”系列活动，区妇联在活动中大力挖掘最美巾帼志愿者和先进事迹，涌现出一批批优秀的巾帼志愿者、志愿家庭、志愿组织典型。同时，区妇联注重发挥妇女在家庭与社会治理中的作用，打造“温情陪伴一小时”等特色品牌，使志愿服务精神蔚然成风，汇聚推动社会文明进步的巾帼力量。
