受冷涡加强东移南下影响，11日下午至13日我市将出现一次极端大风、强降温天气过程。
预计，11日17时我市延庆、昌平、门头沟、房山开始出现大风天气，
20时前后影响城区，夜间阵风逐渐增大至8、9级，
12日06时至22时为风力最强时段，全市平均风可达6级，平原地区阵风9～11级，延庆、昌平、门头沟、房山、怀柔、平谷、密云等区的部分地区阵风11～13级，山区局地阵风可达13级以上，并伴有沙尘和强降温天气，请注意防范。
此次大风极端性强、持续时间长、影响范围广、致灾性强，12日白天为风力最强时段。
为做好大风天气防范工作，
现就有关事项通知如下：
一、教育教学调整
1.授课方式调整：4月11日下午及周末线下课程统一调整为线上授课。
2.学生活动调整：4月11日晚至13日非必要不安排学生活动，不得安排志愿实践等户外学生活动，已安排的户外活动调整时间或改为线上方式进行。
二、下班时间调整
无值守任务的非教学科研岗位教职员工，4月11日下午下班时间提前至16:00。
下班前务必做到人走断电。各办公室和学生宿舍室外窗台物品务必收放到室内，关好办公室和宿舍门窗。
三、班车时间调整
1.原定于4月11日16:30从海淀校区和昌平校区分别出发的通勤班车，均改为16:00发车；16:00以后两校区班车全部停运。
2.4月12日至13日两校区班车全部停运。
四、后勤服务调整
（一）饮食服务
4月11日晚餐提前至16:30开始营业；4月12日全天提供免费打包盒，建议师生打包带走，减少户外停留时间。
（二）浴室开放时间
4月11日至13日，昌平校区浴室开放时间调整为12:00-22:00。
（三）楼宇通道开放
1.昌平校区明法楼一层西侧门，4月11日17:00起关闭，4月14日6:00恢复开放。
2.国际交流中心仅开放A座正门，A座南门、西门和B座正门4月11日17:00起关闭，4月14日6:30恢复开放。B座为学生宿舍，正门关闭期间，学生从A座正门进出，经楼内通道进入B座宿舍。
3.海淀校区主教学楼与教学图书综合楼之间道路4月11日17:00起临时封闭，同时封闭主教学楼东门，去往教学图书综合楼的师生请绕行，由礼堂两侧进入。
4.昌平校区梅兰竹学生宿舍楼顶层天台、海淀校区二号学生公寓三层天台，4月11日17:00起关闭，4月14日8:00恢复开放，提前收回晾晒个人衣物。
五、电动自行车充电点服务调整
昌平校区南门东侧、图书馆法渊阁和海淀校区2号学生公寓电动自行车充电点提供充电服务，其他充电点暂停服务。
六、安全提醒
1.请远离广告牌、围墙、树木、空调外机、临时建筑以及兜风的设施设备，请勿到楼顶晾晒衣物。
2.机动车尽量停放在地下停车场或空旷区域，电动车充电完成后务必拔断电源，如遇电线被风吹落，切勿靠近。
3.重视消防安全，请勿在户外使用明火。
