点亮法治之光

2024年度上海监狱十大法治人物

青春，是人生中最宝贵的时光；而法治，是社会文明进步的重要标志。当青春与法治相遇，便能碰撞出最耀眼的火花，点亮大墙内外的每一个角落。

蒋成铁，中共党员，上海市新收犯监狱办公室副主任、政策法制科副科长，他积极主动投身法治监狱创建，围绕法治监狱创建“一力六度”指标体系，全面梳理评估现行有效168项工作制度，形成《监狱工作制度汇编》，完善监狱制度体系；创新制定《合同管理工作流程图》《项目合规审核表》，形成3类26项合同示范文本，促进监狱依法管理。

作为一名“90后”青年民警，他始终在平凡岗位上尊崇法治、厉行法治、捍卫法治，以青春力量点亮法治之光，展现了新时代监狱人民警察尊法、学法、守法、用法的良好形象和风采，荣获2024年度上海监狱十大法治人物。
