民警前往县城多家网吧，张贴禁毒宣传海报向网民发放禁毒宣传资料，讲解《关于依法严厉打击涉地芬诺酯复方制剂、美托尼秦违法犯罪活动的通告》内容，介绍新型毒品在网络环境中的传播方式和伪装手段，告诫大家在网络世界中保持清醒的头脑，远离毒品危害。同时，民警要求网吧经营者严格落实实名登记制度，一旦发现涉毒违法犯罪行为，及时向公安机关举报。
