6月5日，在六五环境日国家主场活动现场，生态环境部公布了2025年度生态环境特邀观察员名单。生态环境部部长黄润秋向生态环境特邀观察员颁授聘书。

6位生态环境特邀观察员分别为清华大学教授、巴塞尔公约亚太区域中心执行主任李金惠，游泳奥运冠军张雨霏，歌手周深，中央广播电视总台高级记者、主持人王冠，帆书APP创始人、首席内容官樊登，赛力斯集团股份有限公司董事长张兴海。 他们来自高校、体育、文艺、企业等不同领域、不同岗位， 将自觉承担起为生态环境保护工作建言献策的社会责任，同时号召更多人关注和参与生态文明建设，讲好中国生态环境保护故事。

这是自2019年以来，生态环境部聘任的第七批生态环境特邀观察员。
