大年初二凌晨1时许，涧西分局民警经过近16个小时的蹲守，将电诈逃犯郑某抓获归案。假期期间，洛阳警方强化违法犯罪打击预防工作，持续保持对严重暴力、电信网络诈骗、“黄赌毒”“盗抢骗”和寻衅滋事等违法犯罪的严打高压态势，严管严控危爆物品、管制刀具等重点物品，严查非法生产、经营、储存、运输、燃放烟花爆竹等违法行为。据统计，春节假期我市盗窃警情、打架及寻衅滋事警情同比分别下降34.6%、30.9%，社会治安大局持续稳定。

春节期间，洛阳交警部门全警力投入路面，全方位感知调度，多维度宣传诱导，统筹做好恶劣天气应对、路面管控、农村交通安全、重点交通违法治理等工作，全力确保道路交通安全、有序、畅通。截至目前，我市交警部门共组织开展3次酒驾醉驾集中整治统一行动，劝导查纠“两违”、酒驾醉驾、无牌无证等各类违法行为10407例，全市交通事故警情环比下降17.7%，全市道路交通安全形势持续平稳。
