本次地震周边20公里内的村庄有宁日，100公里内无乡镇驻地分布。震中距革吉县152公里、距日土县205公里、距噶尔县210公里、距改则县245公里，距阿里地区208公里，距拉萨市974公里。

震中5公里范围内平均海拔约5581米。
